ATTENTION: Knitters & Crocheters

Warm Hats Are Needed! Either way clients at the Market Street Pantry appreciate your hats as the temperatures drop and winter arrives. The fifteen hats we had last Saturday went like hotcakes! If you knit or crochet, please consider creating a simple hat to donate to Market Street Pantry clients. We have attached a very basic free pattern (download here) but a quick on-line search will give you dozens of options. All we ask is that you use washable yarn in practical colors – darks are best. Because of the increase in homeless households, this seems like a good time to dust off those needles and start stitching!
