More Wonderful News!
The Market Street Pantry received another gracious and unexpected donation.

Denison University's Swim & Dive Team hosted the Denison Invitational on December 2, 3 and 4, at Trumbull Aquatic Center. Unbeknownst to the directors of the Market Street Pantry was that Denison's Swim & Dive Team collect food and monetary donations for the Market Street Pantry during this event. In 2020 the invitational was held virtually due to COVID, and no donations were collected.

On December 5, I received an email from Gregg Parini saying that the Swim & Dive Team had collected over 480 food items and monetary donations for the MSP. It was another unbelievable gift. MSP Manager Bill Hanes and I drove to the aquatic center and picked up the food and donations.

On behalf of the Market Street Pantry and St. Luke's Church, Granville, a heartfelt "thank you" to the Denison University Swim & Dive Team, Coaches Gregg Parini and Russ Bertram and all the Associate Coaches and Denison staff for your outstanding service and dedication by providing food for the hungry in Licking County.

On another note, the Market Street Pantry would like to congratulate Gregg Parini, Coach of the Denison Swim Team and Russ Bertram, Coach of the Denison Diving Team who were selected for CSCAA's (Collegiate Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America) list of 100 greatest collegiate coaches! Spectacular! Congrats!
