Join The Altar Guild For Cleaning Day
On September 8th
Exciting times are ahead as we approach the completion of work being done in the sanctuary at St. Luke’s. The improvements and updates have brought a beautiful refresh to the already beautiful space, making it even more welcoming for our congregation and community.
Unfortunately, all that work has also brought a lot of dust! So, to celebrate this milestone and ensure everything is in perfect order, we invite you to join the Altar Guild for a special cleaning day on Sunday, September 8th, immediately following the 9:00 AM service. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to come together, share in the joy of our renewed space, and contribute to making it shine.
Why Join the Cleaning Day?
Community Spirit: Working together on this project will strengthen our bonds as a church family. It's a chance to meet new people, catch up with friends, and enjoy each other's company while we spruce up our church.
A Fresh Start: Our church will be ready to welcome everyone with open arms and a sparkling clean environment. Your efforts will make a significant impact on the appearance and atmosphere of our worship space.
Fun and Fellowship: Cleaning can be enjoyable when done together! We'll have food and drinks, laughter, and maybe even some friendly competition to see who can make their area shine the brightest.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for cleaning
Cleaning supplies if you have them (we'll provide additional supplies, too)
A positive attitude and a willingness to help

9:00 AM: Church Service
10:00 AM: Cleaning begins
