Thank You Historic Preservation Committee!

Last week the Historic Preservation Committee participated in the Ohio History Connection, Ohio Open Doors tour of buildings on the Historic Preservation Register throughout the state. We hosted approximately 20 visitors in a two-hour time span. Visitors enjoyed a history of St. Luke’s church building, our history of Rectors that have served since the consecration of our building, a bounty of pictures of progress over the years. Many thanks to Marilyn Boldon, Jean Schelhorn and other members of the Historic Preservation committee, those that volunteered as docents, Marsha and Bill Hanes for the cleaning and touch up of the kneelers on display, the Altar Guild for their lovely altar presentation and those involved with publicity and distribution. Many hands working together.
